3 Ways to Style Your Streetwear Fit
Studio A is an emerging streetwear brand for men and boys. Our affordable range of mens essentials and boys favourites are the perfect start to building your wardrobe.  Streetwear came crashing into popular culture in the 1990’s, with a difficult-to-pin point birth. It is a perfect blend between Californian surf culture, New York Hip Hop fashion and a skateboarding influence. Favoured among many 20-somethings who grew up in the 90’s and early 00’s when streetwear was first emerging, it has stood the test of time and continued to develop.  You would think with streetwear being around for quite some time it would be easy to style - however, with years in the streetwear industry, we know it can still be challenging to get it right.  Fashion is what you buy, style is what you do with it. - Nicky Hilton If you want some help with the basics, we’ve gathered our best style tips to help you create a fresh fit:  1. Co-ordinate your look. 2. Choose the right shoes & socks.  3. Simple but sophisticated accessories. Make sure to co-ordinate your look For effortless style, make sure your look is co-ordinated.  We’ve taken the burden out of your hands with our wardrobe essentials which compliment each other perfectly. You can mix and match basics to create a multitude of looks, the trick with simple styling is to not overcomplicate the outfit.  For a completely stress-free fit, why not try a mens matching set? With this style often seen on Love Island, co-ords are ideal for a relaxed and effortless look. Plus, with a matching set for men you don’t need to worry about clashing.  View this post on Instagram A post shared by Studio A Clothing (@studioaclothing) Photo: Luke Straddling wearing Jesse T-Shirt with Jesse Shorts When styling a colourful or printed co-ord, opt for a plain sneaker like Air Force 1. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Studio A Clothing (@studioaclothing) Good shoes take you to good places Speaking of shoes... life is too short to wear boring ones, so make sure to choose the right footwear to suit your fit. Invest in sneakers which will elevate your look and do not forget about the socks.  Add a pop of colour to a basic look by making a statement with your sneakers. We love the pop of green in the Air Jordan 1 in this look. Not forgetting the Nike socks either, you do not want to upset the sneaker heads by wearing the wrong socks. Accessories go beyond a piece of jewellery - everything from your hat to sunglasses will add style to your overall look. Take caution when choosing accessories, as too much or clashing accessories could take away from your outfit - or potentially even ruin it. 5 Summer Fashion Trends We’re Loving
With summer just round the corner, we thought we’d round up our favourite elements which are trending right now. They’re fun and they’re well thought-out, perfect for looking fresh while having no guilt regarding the origin of your clothes, win-win. Tie-Dye Tie-dye first became popular in the late 60s-early 70s and has had it’s fair share of popularity since. It extravagant, it’s fun, it’s colourful. What’s not to love? We’ve incorporated it in our newest line in the way of our Rico and Trent t-shirts. Rico has a crumple tie-dye technique in black and white, with greys marbled between as a result of the dying process, complete with a contrast black sleeve. Trent echoes the same features but is in cool blue with a navy sleeve. Pastels  Also achievable by tie-dye, pastel colours complete your summer wardrobe. They are perfect for the warmer weather and the colours aren’t too garish. They are toned down and much calmer than your typical winter burgundy and orange. New to our collection we have our Harvey 2 Pack T-shirts. They are smooth and slick and ooze luxury. Available in a pastel pink with a contrast white logo or white with a contrasting black logo. They are simple, but they are a staple. Neutrals Neutrals are an essential for any boys or mans wardrobe. They go with everything, you look cool and crisp - you just can't go wrong. In our latest SS22 collection, we've featured various neutrals that are absolute wardrobe must-haves for the Spring Summer.  Detailing As modelled in our Reece line, you can see contrast colours, piping and panelling, all of which create additional layers to a simple piece. When it comes to zips, they’re often concealed but we love the most recent trend whereby they are being highlighted by complimentary colours surrounding them, again, adding subtle detail. Sustainability  In recent years, there has been a huge focus on sustainability within the fashion industry and we could not be prouder to be ahead of the curve with our commitment to sustainable cotton. All clothing is made from BCI cotton or recycled polyester. By doing so, you are supporting eco-systems, farmers, receiving better quality products and reducing water waste, as well as greenhouse gas emissions. All trends mentioned are simple, fun, and most importantly, conscious, which is why we love them as much as we do! Each line mentioned are live to purchase now, so find inspo via our Instagram @studioaclothing and purchase through our website.
